Our school work covers the full breadth of institutions; including New York City Public Schools (K-12), as
well as other districts across the country, and University work for schools such as UConn, Stony Brook,
and Fordham. Our hospital work includes full cafeteria serveries and kitchens at New York Presbyterian,
Stony Brook, and Houston Methodist, among others.

Full cafeteria serving line ups and specialty
stations, supported by warming pantries, walk-in
cooler/freezer complexes, extensive cooking and
food preparation equipment, and warewashing
facilities.
UNIVERSITIES
Buildout of new dining halls featuring expansive
cooking and serving stations, requiring a
broad range of equipment, storage, and food
preparation areas, as well as custom 昀椀nishes to
meet desired university aesthetics.
HOSPITALS
Kitchens support both the cafeteria for
visitors and employees, as well as the culinary
operation that feeds all admitted patients.
