The Javits Center hosts over 175 events a year, is home to 20 of the top 200 trade shows in the US,
hosting over 2M visitors annually. The foodservice expansion was launched to keep visitors on-site
for all their dining needs. This expansive job included four support kitchens, ten bulk storage facilities,
a complex warewashing facility with multi-level conveyor dishwash system, and an incredibly unique
greenhouse and event space on the roof.
